Best server side caching on Centos 7/Cloudlinux?
I'm thinking memcached but then I noticed that EA4 has some issues running it in shared environments, is this still a thing? If so, what recommended caching tech is readily available and installable on WHM/centOS 7 running Cloudlinux in place of memcached?

Hello @inteldigital, Are you using the PHP Selector feature with CloudLinux? If so, note that memcached is part of the alt-php package with CloudLinux. You can browse to WHM >> LVE Manager, choose the Selector tab, and ensure "memcache" and "memcached" are enabled for the versions of PHP you want it installed on. Thank you. 0 -

Hi @cPanelMichael - thanks for replying. I am not using PHP-Selector in Cloudlinux as for some reason, when I go to the section outlined an error shows alt-php is not found. Not sure why.0 -
Have you installed it ?? CloudLinux Documentation 0 -
