Add subdomains in SSL certificate

Just add the subdomains and then rerun autossl on that user and that should take care of it. Worst case, remove the existing SSL and then run autossl again but the first way should work I believe.

Thank you for your quick reply. I have try it but it will not generate the subdomains with the main domains as it will make it separate apart from the main domains. Any idea?

I'm not sure I understand. If re-running autossl after subdomain creation does not work, then go to manage ssl hosts and actually remove the one that does not have the subdomains on it and then re-run autossl for that user as that will definitely work. If it doesn't you have something else going on and you should look at the autossl logs.

I have already done it but it still make the subdomains to get separate from the main domain. I want to generate the ssl certificate to add the subdomains with the main domain whole in one ssl certificate so I can upload the certificate on my other server for smtp and imap. I hope you understand what I am trying to achieve.

Oh yes now I understand. Technically speaking you're not really supposed to do that and as long as they are in the same account that won't work. You would want to create a separate account in whm for these subdomains then autossl would generate a separate certificate for them.

Hello @chris0147, AutoSSL is not designed to work for that purpose. If you require a SSL certificate for subdomains that are hosted on a remote server that's not running cPanel & WHM, then you should setup and obtain the SSL certificates for those subdomains independently of AutoSSL. Thank you.
