Can cPanel use 64gb RAM?
We're about to provision a new server and I'm told that even if we get 64gb ram, cpanel will not be able to sue it.
Is this true?
If it is true, will we still be able to utilise the remaining 32gb and put it to work by handing it over to MYSQL to make use of?
If true also, are there plans for this to change soon?
Thank you.

I think someone is pulling your leg and wants to make some money.. cPanel will run on even 2gb ram. It helps to read the system requirements: Installation Guide - System Requirements - Version 74 Documentation - cPanel Documentation Regards, Bob 0 -
So I guess you're saying, RAM usage is not set by cpanel, but by the OS? If so, then am I correct in understanding that Centos7 has no restriction? This is a dedicated server.
cPanel doesn't limit the memory - we run boxes with 128GB, and it's fine. CentOS 7 does have a restriction of 64TB of RAM, should be enough for most :-p0 -
yes "someone is pulling your leg and wants to make some money" we have machines from 1G to 128G cpanel does not care 0
