That looks like your ip has been blacklisted. Not sure if you had some kind of spam incident that got you blocked as that is the most likely scenario. Look in your mail logs sometimes they include a url for delisting but I have found that process to be quite difficult especially with the major isps. We normally suggest using an outbound mail filtering service like mailchannels.com for these types of problems. They act as a smart host which would negate most existing blocks on your own IP and prevent future blacklisting issues.

Thanks for your answer. I just find it hard to see that we would have any spam incidents, since this has been this way since I first created the email and the first email I sent. Also, all tests indicate that we are not black listed anywhere. 8.9 / 10 on mail-tester.com, for example

Yes, well, it could have been the previous owner of the IP, or it could be a whole Ip range being blocked in your ISP if they are having widespread issue, but this: SMTP error from remote mail server after pipelined MAIL FROM: SIZE=2838: 550 5.7.1 Unfortunately, messages from [94.46.xx.xxx] weren't sent. Please contact your Internet service provider since part of their network is on our block list (S3150). You can also refer your provider to Troubleshooting. [SG2APC01FT013.eop-APC01.prod.protection.outlook.com] Would indicate that you are definitely being blocked my Microsoft oriented domains.
