Add domain DNS with Cloudflare?

Hi, I have new dedicated server with WHM and cPanel and I want to use dns as cloudflare for domain. What i did: Added domain to cloudflare. Registrar dns is set to cloudflare dns. Created new cpanel account through WHM, I selected box with "ignore orignal dns, use registrar dns". Now do I have to wait only 48h for dns changes? When I enter my domain address it shows: "This site can"t be reached" Changes in index.php aren't visible on domain too. When I check dns on dns checker website, everything is fine and it shows my cloudflare account adam.ns.cloudflare.com etc. What to do now? Did I forgot about something or just need to wait now?
