"The service “nscd” appears to be down"

Good morning, on my server with cpanel I am generating an error which is "The service "nscd" appears to be down" and causes that I lost my web page, I have to reboot the server so that it works again, but some hours go by and the same error goes to sucder Can you help me please?

  Hello @Ruben Rodriguez I dont believe rebooting the server is going to actually resolve the issue permanently. What needs to be done is to identify the cause of the issue. If you have ssh access to the server I would suggest checking the logs - specifically /var/log/messages if the issue occurs again. I would also recommend restarting nscd with the following: /scripts/restartsrv_nscd

  I just installed cpanel on new dedicated server anytime i restart the server i get this notification "The service "nscd" appears to be down" sometimes it takes hrs to get recovered please help!

  From the CLI if you run the following what is the output: /scripts/rebuilddnsconfig
