SECURITY ISSUE INFORMATION
The cPanel Security Team and independent security researchers identified the resolved security issues. There is no reason to believe that these vulnerabilities have been made known to the public. As such, cPanel will only release limited information about the vulnerabilities at this time.
Once sufficient time has passed, allowing cPanel & WHM systems to automatically update to the new versions, cPanel will release additional information about the nature of the security issues. This Targeted Security Release addresses 9 vulnerabilities in cPanel & WHM software versions 76, 74, and 70.
Additional information is scheduled for release on November 20, 2018.

Hi, what is changed after this security update? I have some sites that use SOAP/WDSL that now have broken connection! I receive error like "Warning/Error/Message(s): Error Fetching http headers" when using SOAP/WDSL api (like in Magento) or "Empty response" when we do some operation in frontend (like browsing with Chrome). 0 -
Hello @quantility, I copied your question over to a new thread so we can investigate it separately from this release announcement: Thank you. 0
