Local HTTP DCV error does not resolve to any IPv4 addresses on the Internet

Hello, I have 10 users on a VPS server, all running AutoSSL successfully, but 2 ysers fail to load it with this error in log:

I tried to read many topics here, but it seems this problem have many reasons. and website not found if I browse from a browser.

The problem was incorrect name servers specified within the server's local DNS zone. Thanks for your support
