SQL server load is different at WHM and top command

Hello all, SQL server load is different at WHM and top command. There were different numbers at Pid 11266. Pid 11266 at WHM has CPU load 68.70 Pid 11266 at top-command has CPU load 393.4 This is really strange! Please check the attached picture... Any help?
