    Looks like you are trying to install mysql server but the key your are using is not valid. I would check with where you got your key. It could be you are using a valid key but for a different version of SQL server as well.

    I believe the suggestions by @GOT are coorect. Furthermore, where are you installing this? It doesn't appear to be in any way related to cPanel. If you're having an issue with SQL Server I would suggest you contact Microsoft directly. This isn't something that cPanel would have any control over.
