How to renew Domain and Hosting?

Dear All, I would like to know how I can renew my hosting and domain using Cpanel? I found a previous thread on the same issue as well but it's not helping. My previous web development company prepared my domains for transfer and the authentication codes, but the thing is I did not proceed with the transfer. In this case, how do we proceed with the renewal?

  Hello, Domain and hosting are two different services. If you want to transfer your domain from current provider, then you have to provide domain's authorization/ EPP code to your new provider. You have to approve transfer request [an approve link will be sent to domain's registered email] once your new provider initiated domain transfer from their end. After 5 to 7 days domain will be transferred to your new provider automatically. You need to contact your hosting provider to renew the hosting service. I think there is no any role for cPanel regarding your concern. Regards, Tarak Nath
