    Hello @Perce2, How much time has passed since you updated the DNS zone via WHM? It can sometimes take a few hours before IntoDNS recognizes the changes. Also, browse to WHM >> Edit DNS Zone and make sure you don't have duplicate DNS entries for NS1/NS2 (e.g. you might have NS1 and NS2 added both as individual DNS zones and as "A" records in the DNS zone of the parent domain). Thank you.

    Thanks cPanelMichael for your reply. It's been over 3 days since changing the nameservers. I added the new ns1. + ns2. A as advised by my host. They are the only entries that have the new nameserver IP's. May be easier to send you a screen shot, would that be possible?
