Change WHM date format?

Hello, can someone please point me in the direction of where I can change the locale in WHM to something that makes sense, for example ISO 8601 or even DD-MM-YYYY. Also change time format to 24 hours clock. The language is set to English and my server is set to en-gb but in cPanel emails I still see this: [QUOTE]AutoSSL certificate expiry on 11/15/18 UTC
