[CPANEL-24090] Renewing SSL not including www?

Hi, New here and hoping someone can help, we have just renewed the SSL's we have via cpanel but for some reason WWW is not being included this time around so we are getting security warnings when you visit the websites via www, without they are fine, in cpanel I cant see anywhere apart from this one message which I will attach? Is this an issue around DCV? Any pointers would be so helpful. Thanks Brett

  HI @Brett White Are you purchasing new certificates or are you using AutoSSL? We do have a case for an issue with the www. being stripped from paid certificates CPANEL-24090 which is currently being worked on. If that is the case I'll update this thread with the status of the case once it's resolved. Thanks!
