Retry time not reached for any host

Good afternoon. it turns out that I have this problem ((((the retry time was not reached for any host for 'example.com'))) and it does not allow sending emails to "user"@example.com. Can you help me please? prntscr.com/lojqfg I am very grateful if you can help me.

  What that screen shot tells you is that the receiving mail server is not accepting the emails because of a low IP reputation of your server. That bit about Senderbase in the initial transaction.

  Exactly this ^^ Your mail is being rejected because of the reputation of the IP on your server. IF you don't manage the mail server you need to work with your provider to resolve this.
