Website is very slow

The website is very slow, almost impossible to open. But When we suspend the account in whm, then unsuspend the account. the site is ok. This kind of problem often happens,What will be caused by the problem?

  This could be a plethora of different things. I would start by running top to see what load and memory usage looks like when the site is running slow. It sounds possible that tour site is generating a lot of heavy processes. The act of suspending the site would likely kill all those processes off

  I agree with GOT, looks like you have a heavy website running, it has huge traffic or that website is under attack. Monitor the network connection once you resumed the website OR run the top command to see processes running with high resource usages, check the mysql usages.

  either your website is under attack or have huge traffic, one of the important reasons is website not optimized or mysql database overusage issue. you will have to monitor it.

  Hi @nbjed You might also want to take a look at for information on how to look into high load as well.
