Hello everyone,
During these last days, my clients are having trouble sending email to my company and I'm having the same problem sending emails to some clients, what can this be happening?
The last case was this:

You should check your IPs against a MultiRBL checker. The message mentions that the client host has been blocked in matrix.spfbl.net so that would probably be a good place to start. 0 -

Client host [208.109.xx.xx] blocked using dnsbl.spfbl.net
This is the smarthost you're using to send mail with I'd assume and it is most definitely blocked. You need to contact your provider to manage this. The Mailserver being used in this instance is not your server, it's your provider's as well as the IP address being reported as blocked. The reason it's being blocked is for spam mail coming from the mail server:This domain is listed by bad reputation in 50% of negative points of the total shipping volume. In order for this domain to be removed from this list, it is necessary for all source MTAs to reduce the volume of submissions to recipients with SPFBL rejection prefix in the SMTP layer.0 -

There's a way to change that IP who send the mails?0 -
Hi @Luiz Guilherme You need to contact your provider which does indeed look to be GoDaddy. They would be able to tell you how to proceed. Thanks! 0 -

Hi guys...godaddy said that can't do anything by their side and tell me to contact you guys... i really don't know what to do, this is so frustating cause i already check all the settings, the dns, dmarc and etc and is all set up. But i still getting 550 erros when replying some emails or when some customers try to mail us. Looks like nobody can help me, Cpanel and Godaddy. I already create a ticket on support(10878335 ) but the Technical Analyst said he can't do anything because he don't have access to the server....WHAT? So why cPanel did you request access to my server if the analyst do not make use of it? Really annoying i already read bunch of topics here and NOTHING is helping. I already check with the customers and my domain is not blocket on their lists. Sorry i'm really upset...so sad!0 -
Hi @Luiz Guilherme I think there may be a misunderstanding here so I'll try to explain it again. godaddy said that can't do anything by their side and tell me to contact you guys.
- cPanel has nothing to do with the IP's of your server or any potentially related RBLs.
- The server that is being blacklisted is not your server, it's the smarthost you're using to send mail.
- The smarthost is provided by your provider and acts as a gateway for mail between all of their servers and the outside world

If i get the IP address for p3plsmtpout002.prod.phx3.secureserver.net or if I plug that into MXToolBox we can see it is quite clearly blacklisted on multiple RBLs: Network Tools: DNS,IP,Email More than likely you will not be able to resolve this issue with the smarthost, only your provider who manages it will be able to.I already create a ticket on support(10878335 ) but the Technical Analyst said he can't do anything because he don't have access to the server....WHAT? The Analyst can't access the blocked server, what he said exactly is: [QUOTE]In both cases it would be necessary to reach out to the remote server administrator or abuse team for the second one. Both issues are coming from the remote servers, so it's not something we can really identify as we have no access to those.
While we have access to your server, we don't have access to the smarthost responsible for the issue you're experiencing.I already check with the customers and my domain is not blocket on their lists. Sorry i'm really upset...so sad!
Your domain isn't the issue here, it's the smarthost, provided by your hosting provider. Please forgive me for being blunt but at this point, if they are unwilling to assist you with this issue (which is quite clearly their responsibility) it may be time to find a new provider. Thank you.0
