Hi @Erictigerawr Depending on how you want it to work you can do one of two things: 1. Set up a forwarder for each recipient (the email address team@ doesn't need to exist to do this) Forwarders - Version 76 Documentation - cPanel Documentation 2. You can set up a mailing list. Mailing Lists - Version 76 Documentation - cPanel Documentation

For the first option, is that possible to simply have mail forwarded so two accounts are CC'd on it?

Yes this is possible. You'd just create the forwarder for each email account you want team@ forwarded to. But keep in mind this will only forward sent to team@ and unless you created a team@ mailbox you wouldn't be able to send AS team@

Sadly this doesn't seem to be working currently. It's sending the email as two separate email threads to the @utdallas emails.

Hi @Erictigerawr Yea it will definitely send them like separate emails. It seems I misunderstood what you were asking for. I believe the mailing list option would work better for you in this instance. Thanks!

How would I make it so anyone who emails the mailing list has their message go through?

Hi @Erictigerawr As long as your members are subscribed to the list anyone subscribed/unsubscribed should get the emails sent to the list. So that non-members don't get moderated (or a message that they've been moderated) you can go to cPanel>>Email>>Mailing List -> Manage (next to the mailing list name) -> Privacy Options -> Sender Filters and check "Accept" next to "Action to take for postings from non-members for which no explicit action is defined." Thanks!
