Reseller package not shown in creation new account

I have a problem with the reseller created packages. The packages created with a reseller are not shown in user creation phase. I mean the packages are not shown in the package list when a reseller wants to create a new user and i should in root level WHM select "Reset Resellers permission" in reseller center to resolve reseller problem. Please help me

  Hello @behinam, Access Web Host Manager as root and browse to WHM Home " Resellers " Edit Reseller Nameservers and Privileges. For the reseller account in-question, verify you have properly configured Specify which packages a reseller can use to create accounts.   uncheck "Package Access" (Use Root Packages) item in reseller Nameservers and Privileges to solve problem.

  Hi @behinam, That will ensure the packages created by root are not available to the reseller when creating the account. You'd also need to ensure the following option in WHM >> Edit Reseller Nameservers and Privileges is disabled (or enabled with specific packages allowed): Specify which packages reseller-username can use for account creation Thank you.
