Hello @hangul If your email doesn't deliver to Gmail so may also doesn't deliver to many others like: Hotmail, Yahoo...etc If so, you have to make sure that you have a valid PTR, SPF or DKIM, this yourrmail@yourserver.ltd] to [address@gmail.com] run this: exigrep yourmail /var/log/exim_mainlog
Only replace yourmail in this code with your actual or gmail address

As noted by @Shood checking the exim logs or even the mail delivery report from within cPanel would be helpful to know specifically why the email is not being able to be sent. Thanks!

Hi @hangul After taking a look at the DNS records for the domain name provided in the screenshot I found that the PTR record associated with the domain's IP does not properly resolve. This would result in many email service providers blocking your mail including gmail. Thanks!

Can you give me the right ways to resolve the DNS records.? Give me Articles links or Youtube link. Thanks.

Hello, Actually it's more than likely you will not be able to resolve the issue with the PTR yourself. In most cases you'll need to discuss this with your provider as they don't typically delegate access to make these changes. In the event that you do indeed have access to do this the following documentation provides great information How to Configure Reverse DNS for BIND in WHM - cPanel Knowledge Base - cPanel Documentation Thanks!
