System Time Off by Exactly 2 Minutes

I noticed on my CentOS/cPanel server that my system time is off by +2 minutes. I can correct it from WHM -> Server Time -> Sync Time with Time Server and all looks good. If I reboot the server however the time goes back to being +2 minutes off the correct time. Any ideas on were to look or do I just have to keep resyncing time in WHM after each reboot?

  Any chance this is a cloud server? Depending on the system the VM time may be linked to the host node time.

  Try installing into and running that as a service. It will keep your clock synced.

  Looks like autocorrect got me. That should read ntp.
