Spoofed From address

I'm experiencing similar type spam but the From is slightly different. In Outlook or any email app the emails appear to come from a known sender on our server but actually are coming from somewhere else. See below: From: Firstname Lastname Email looks like it comes from 'Firstname Lastname' but actually came from "random@sub.domain.tld". Any easy way to block incoming emails that have two emails in the "From" header?
