Unable to add www domain

Hiya, Within WHM and/or cPanel Addon/Parked domains I'm unable to add a domain starting with www In this case, I'm trying to add www.id.au is a different domain to id.au, where www is the domain and id.au is the TLD See, for example, attached whois record for www[.id.au] Thanks in advaaaaaance. - Removed -

  I can see why this would be problematic. So you're saying its like www.com? You'll probably have to put a ticket in on that would be my guess.

  I can see why this would be problematic. So you're saying its like www.id.au I've got a reseller account but the hosting company suggests it's not possible on cPanel to do this. Is there a support avenue for this?

  Unlikely if you just have a reseller account and your provider is unwilling to assist. Maybe consider getting your own cloud server and the You could contact cpanel directly about it.

  Hello @hellodaniel This is not permitted and it is done so by design. You also cannot create any www.tld domain. I looked back in our cases and we did have one open some time ago for this behavior but it was closed as won't fix and I don't believe the reasoning behind that decision has changed.
