Quota email account become 0bytes

I have a client that uses my email account. But, the quota of the email suddenly becomes 0 bytes. Coz, before it the quota's not empty. Why did it happen? (sorry for bad english)

  You could try to fix this by running /scripts/fixquotas Go to your SSH terminal or use the Terminal in WHM and run this script: /scripts/fixquotas

  Thx, But how i access my terminal?? coz i check in my cpanel it doesn't have Terminal I'm noob at cpanel, sorry

  As a Website Owner, you can't. You'd need to speak with your Hosting Provider. Are you sure the email wasn't simply downloaded off of the email account?
