How to access public_html directory?

Hi i am new and have no experience with whm server and configserver plugin i installed the plugin inside WHM server and the main goal to access public_html directory to modify files and uploads media directly to server but after i installed configserver plugin i navigated to main page to this plugin and can not find public_htnl or my website files and folders Dose any one know how can access to my website folder from configserver ?
