Slow response from server

Hello, I'm new in using cpanel and please help me with some suggestions. I use a vps with 8 gb ram memory and I have a long waiting time (~7sec) on first time load request. After that the loading time speed is ok because of the cache i guess. do I wrong somewhere? please help

  I did a server and cpanel reinstallation and everything is ok now.
