    Hello @iwantlogs, Can you let me know which log file you are checking that shows 0 bytes? Are you checking the Apache domain access logs? Thank you.

    Hi @iwantlogs, Can you verify if this server is using EasyApache 3, or EasyApache 4? If you're using EasyApache 3, it's possible this relates to internal case CPANEL-22787 (incomplete pipped logging setup on EA3 systems). If you're using EasyApache 3 on this system, can you disable pipped logging and then enable it again using WHM >> Apache Configuration >> Piped Log Configuration? Otherwise, if you're using EasyApache 4, please open a

    Disabling and enabling piped logging has fixed the issue. Is this likely to recur or is it just a one-off caused by a change of some sort? Either way, at least now I know the fix for future, thank you.

    Hello @iwantlogs, The issue won't reoccur now that you've disabled and enabled pipped logging. However, going forward you're going to want to upgrade to EasyApache 4 as soon as possible. See the thread here for more information: Thank you.
