Force poll of EV certificate?

I am waiting for an EV SSL certificate to complete that I have ordered via cPanel but it claims it last polled 8 hours ago. Should it not be polling more frequently? How can I force it to poll now? There's nothing in the documentation that explains how to do this!! Running "/usr/local/cpanel/bin/autossl_check --all" does not poll for the certificate and the poll time is still showing at 12:11AM!

  HI @Reado If you're still experiencing this issue you might try running: /usr/local/cpanel/bin/autossl_check_cpstore_queue --force
  And let us know what the output is. Thanks!
