Problems with delivered mail

Hello, I have cPanel&WHM version 74.0.12. I have a problem with sending e-mail to domain on cPanel. On gmail I have an error The response from the remote server was: 554 Policy violation. Email Session ID: {5C0F6F54-8-EF1FB0A-C0001002} I do not see in any logs on my cPanel this Session ID. I do not know why mail can not be delivered. Best regards, Elizabeta

  You should search your exim_mainlog for the destination email to see why its not being delivered.

  Hello, In my exim_mainlog is: 2018-12-11 15:57:38 SMTP connection from [98.137.64.231]:36548 (TCP/IP connection count = 1) 2018-12-11 15:57:58 TLS error on connection from sonic303-49.consmr.mail.gq1.yahoo.com [98.137.64.231]:36548 (SSL_accept): error:00000000:lib(0):func(0):reason(0) 2018-12-11 15:57:58 SMTP connection from sonic303-49.consmr.mail.gq1.yahoo.com [98.137.64.231]:36548 closed by EOF The problem is with senfing mails form yahoo and gmail to cPanel domain.   Hello, To update, it looks like support ticket number 10946843 was opened to investigate this issue. It was determined that SMTP connections were intercepted by the hosting provider's policy rules between the server and the internet. Thank you.
