Website stops working after changing account IP

Hello, After I changed the IP address of the account the domains stops working. I waited more that 4 days and cleared the DNS cache and restarted the servers and the problem still as it's. The domain is now redirect to defaultwebpage.cgi page. Any idea how to fix it?

  are you using custom name servers ? make sure they are active and pinging are you using registrar's name servers ? you will have to change the A record of the domain in DNS zone at registrar
