You need to contact Godaddy support itself, and they will be able to fix the issue.

Hello @juliansierrat, The previous post is correct. This is something you'll need to report to your web hosting provider, as it generally indicates an issue that requires root access to solve. Thank you.

Thank you Hostsane and Michel for answering. Even if is not a Godaddy email? One can create an email buying it at Godaddy which is the hosting provider or directly on the Cpanel email icon (wich is free). I am talking about the last one, created on the Cpanel email icon. I got one from Goddady and is working ok, but the one I created on the Cpanel has the mentioned problems, talking with Goddady they sugested to use the emails they sell. Should then I follow their advise and forget about creating them on Cpanel? Thanks for your help!!

Hello @juliansierrat, Yes, since you don't have root access to the cPanel server, your hosting provider is the one to troubleshoot the issue with the email account created through cPanel. They can check log files such as /var/log/exim_mainlog and review root-level configuration files (e.g. /etc/localdomains) to see what's happening. Thank you.
