Redirect email to a specific domain

Hi All, I seem to have a problem at the moment where emails to a specific domain are blocked. We have resolved the root cause of the issue, but in the meantime mail delivery to a specific domain seems to be blocked. Is there a way I can smarthost emails to a specific domain (External domain) be routed to a server that isn't blocked? Kind regards and thanks in advance,
