Reverse DNS (RTP) not working

Hi, I use my own VPS from Namecheap with a WHS/cpanel system. I have setup my RTP Record with this tutorial

  Hey I have solved it. The namecheap support gave me the tip to check an entry in my SolusVM (?) Dashboard. It was only necessary to ad my host mail.microlabs.de and then to save it and now it works well. How to manage your VPS with SolusVM (for KVM) - Hosting - Namecheap.com
