Website not loading properly
Hi, I'm new here and might be in way over my head, but it's worth a shot...
My sites are hosted on domain.com, who recently switched their cPanel to the newest "look". Is that cPanel 76?
Anyway, I always log in from domain.com. I've been experiencing frustrating problems lately...
I log in and click the "manage" cog beside the domain I need to update. The domain summary loads. On the left, I click "Pointers & Subdomains" and nothing loads for that. Just a loading bar until I get a timeout error/ "This page can't be reached". So I clear my browser cache/cookies and try again. This time I can't even get to domain.com's login page. After 20 minutes or so, I can log in again, but the same issue... nothing loads on "Pointers & Subdomains". I can click on other left menu links but can't make any changes or pages don't load. I get locked out again... rinse, repeat. Basically, when I do get to login to cPanel, I can't do anything!
Is this a problem on domain.com's end? I've submitted tickets to them over the past couple days and nothing has been resolved. Just "clear your cache".
Frustrating.

Well, since its domain.com hosting set up, only their admins will be able to resolve the issues, so keep contacting them 0
