Migrate from vDeck to cPanel?

Hi, I am using Fatcow hosting which provides vDeck panel. Now I wanted to move my site to another hosting which has C-Panel hosting. They provide free migration but from C-Panel to C-Panel. Is there any utility or anyway, that can help me to migrate my complete account from vDeck to CPanel? Thanks.
