i have server with debian 9 os no setup cpanel before. i want install manually but there is problem, can you help me.   Debian is not supported for the installation of cPanel. A full list of minium installation requirements and supported operating systems can be found at

  As noted by @rpvw cPane does not support debian. You'll need to run one of the supported OS's as listed in the documentation to install cPanel successfully.
