Create FTP Account?

I have a WHM CPanel How do I set up an FTP account? So with port 21 I have made configuration but where do I create username, password

  in order to use the FTP account, you first need to create the cpanel account ( the website account ). To create the account, login to WHM with root, click on Create A new account >> provide the website details such as domain name, username etc. and other details >> at the bottom, click on create and the account will be created. Afer creating the account it will show a screen where you will see a cpanel username and password which can be used as a FTP username and password to upload the data for that particular website for which you just created account in WHM. Cpanel is to administrate websites where as WHM is to administrate server. Go through the below documention too.   ok but only ftp over ssh so I have the whole structure of the server, but not the workspace directory. port 21 and not port 22

  Hello @timeey02, SFTP runs on a separate protocol and does not respect the virtual FTP accounts that you create within a cPanel account. Instead, it allows authentication with system users such as "root" or the cPanel account username itself.
