MySQL features missing

Hello, I have updated my servers to Version 76.0.14 but after doing the update the mysql database,mysql database wizard and phpmyadmin icons are missing from every cPanel i have even check the feature manager it was enabled. I can see there is touch file under the location /etc/ /etc/mysqldisable I have moved out this file to some other location and restarted the cPanel services and its back to normal The same issue caused in 3 of our servers..so it may be an BUG ?
