SMTP error from remote mail server after pipelined mail from

HI Guys, Recently I received this error "SMTP error from remote mail server after pipelined MAIL FROM" my recipient is Gmail and Aol.com. Sometimes it goes in and sometimes its bounces back. Any one knows any solution? Thank you.

  Hello @cPanelLauren Evrything is perfectly fine now. I just add the sendgrids host and IP to my host. Thank you.

  Can you guide me a bit more how did you add the sendgrid host and IP to your host? I am experiencing sort of similar problems.
