How to install WP-CLI on a cPanel server

I have a "blacklist" of plugins that I do not allow in my web hosting. I know that one of the functions of wp-cli is to manage multiple WordPress plugins, even allowing to remove a certain plugin from a couple of sites. But what is the step-by-step installation considering a cPanel server? Could it possibly conflict with any cPanel tool?
