404 error when I recreate an account

I had an account that had a wordpress installed, I tried to switch the primary domain to a domain that was redirected to it but it wound up breaking connection with the wordpress db. I did it both in wordpress and in cpanel. So since I had a data export and backups I figured nuke the account and create a new one with the new domain as the primary domain. However now whenever I try to create a new account I am getting a 404 what should I do?

  Have you had a chance to review the link posted above? On that site you should find all the details you need for mutiple scenerios. Moving site, changing domain name, etc.
