Spam not going to spam box
Hello,
It seems that SpamAssassin is correctly re-writing subject lines of spam emails to include
"*** SPAM ***" at the start, but they still get delivered to the inbox instead of a spam folder.
SpamAssassin settings attached.
Customer also has the following enable files in their home directory:
.spamassassinenable
.spamassassinboxenable
Any idea why they are not getting moved to the spam folder?
Thanks!

Hi @akust0m That's interesting! Typically if they're being flagged as spam there isn't an issue with moving them to the correct box. Does the user have any global or user level filters on the account? Is anything noted in the mail transaction when the mail is received? This should be in /var/log/exim_mainlog0 -
Same here.
