Not receiving: 550 Please turn on SMTP Authentication

    In WHM edit teh dns zone and make sure the mail exchanger is set to local. Sounds like its set to remote.

    Actually i cannot login to WHM (because I've a shared IP server account?)

    You may need to get support from your provider then, but you can click on email routing in your cpanel account and see what it says there. it should say local.

    Changed the MX to local but the problem remains. :/

    I agree with @GOT if the domain's MX record is local and you've set it as such without access to the server there isn't much you're able to do without contacting the provider for assistance. Thanks!
