Conflicts with iptables and firewalld?

Hello, (Sorry for my not perfect english) I'm having a problem with Cpanel. I can not edit the DNS for example. It seems that the problem is rather cPanel (after updates to cPanel which also updates kernel and firewall software). I had set up a cron job to automatically delete the new rules after cPanel updated iptables. On the other hand since version 7 of the CentOS system, instead of "iptables" it is recommended to use "firewalld" and from what I see iptables and firewalld are activated together. Maybe there is a conflict !? In any case I have just reset the software firewall according to the cPanel documentation. I made a reboot of the server but the problem persists. Thanks a lot.
