Enable PHP Extensions?

Hello, I am attempting to enable the SOAP PHP extension. I am supposed to be able to do this by going to SELECT PHP VERSION. However, that image does not exist on my Cpanel. How can install that feature so I can enable SOAP? Or is there another way to enable SOAP? I have found several threads with this same issue but there does not seem to be a solution. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am using CentOS7 if that helps. Thank you. Regards, Chris
