Where is the database in a full backup?

    You can extract the archive and in the archive is a mysql folder which will have SQL dump files of all the databases for that account.

    Thank you! Just found out it didn't gave me a backup of the mysql :/ I'll have to deal with starting again or reconnecting the links (manually?). Thanks anyways.

    You might want to look in whm phpmyadmin and see if the database is still there. Thing is if it was tied to the cpanel account then it should have gotten backed up when you did the full account backup. If it's not in the backup then MAYBE it wasnt tied to the cpanel account and if so when you terminated it it would have left the database there. It's a long shot but worth looking.

    Hello @guedzzz, Can you let us know what you see when manually extracting the .tar.gz backup archive that was downloaded from cPanel on the prior hosting provider's server? Thank you.
