File and Directory Restoration Request Timeout

Hi, While i am trying to restore a particular file from Cpanel using File and Directory Restoration, I am getting the following error. Error:The API request failed with the following error: 500 - Internal Server Error.: Request Timeout This request takes too long to process, it is timed out by the server. If it should not be timed out, please contact administrator of this web site to increase 'Connection Timeout'.
I really need to restore that particular file from Server backup. But it showing above error despite running "gzip -d" in the background. Need help please.
