Let's encrypt certificate location

Hi, so currently i am running 2 cpanel server, live and back up and they sync every 15 minutes. however the SSL certificates are not being synced. where are the lets encrypt certificates being kept?

  Hello @bar1 The SSL certificates for cPanel user accounts are stored in /home/$user/ssl

  i thought so....but why when i sync the folder the certificate is not updating?
