Fatal error when attempting a PHP Soap request

I am getting a fatal error when attempting a PHP Soap request from the command line but it works from HTTP call. Uncaught exception: No schema match parameter '

  In addition to the above information, the service I am connecting to is run in non-wsdl mode and the PHP code reflects this with NULL for the first SoapClient parameter - it's almost as if CLI mode ignores the non-wsdl mode and tries to call it anyways?

  OK - when I open the popup its automatically filling in our hosting companies email address - do I just remove that and enter my own details or should I let them open the support ticket?

  
  Do you have root access to the server? Or, is this a shared hosting account with a web hosting provider? If it's a shared hosting account, please contact your web hosting provider directly to report the issue. If it's deemed to be an issue with cPanel & WHM, they can then contact us directly for assistance. Thanks!
