Hide link "Manage Suspension" in Email Accounts

Hello How can I hide link "Manage Suspension" in cpanel in the area Email Accounts? I would like to hide this option because when I suspend a email account my clients activate It again. And after, How can I suspended and activate a email account with command SSH? Thank you
